What happens in the Soweto and Apartheid Museum Tour?
Experience a full day of history and culture with our Soweto and Apartheid Museum Tour—ideal for day-trippers to Johannesburg. The tour takes you on a journey through the history of Apartheid and the devastating results of the hard times during the political struggle in South Africa.
Discover authentic culture and history through the expert storytelling of our qualified and professional guides. We start our day with a half day Soweto guided tour and finish the tour at the Apartheid museum at around 5pm in the afternoon. After a few hours in the Apartheid Museum you will feel like you were in the townships during the 70s and 80s, ducking and dodging police bullets or a teargas canister, or even marching and chanting with school children.
