Mosikare Tours reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary in case of circumstances beyond our control e.g bad weather conditions and natural disasters.
Mosikare Tours will take every care to ensure safety and quality service at all times. We cannot be held responsible and shall be exempt from any liability for any delays, loss, damage, illness or injury to any person and luggage or personal property.
We strongly recommend that passengers have enough/adequate insurance against cancellation, loss of baggage, personal accidents and medical expenses.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% charge will be levied for any change in numbers of people booked on tour within 10 days before the tour.
- 50% charge will be levied for any cancellation less than 10 days before the tour.
- 75% charge will be levied for any cancellation of less than 7days before the tours
- 100% charge will be levied for any cancellation of less than 3 days before the tour.
